Mr. Smith, it is a notice to the audience. It says that we should enter the concert hall 30 minutes earlier before the concert starts. You’re not allowed to go in if you don’t have a ticket, one person one ticket. As a rule, food or drink should not be taken into the hall. Of course, smoking is not allowed in the hall either.
