你有没有在Google上搜索过自己的名字？千万别说这个问题太自恋哦，要知道现在网络自搜已经是个相当普遍的现象了，老搜别人也挺没意思的，偶尔egosurfing一下也蛮有趣的么。
Egosurfing (also called vanity searching, egosearching, egogoogling, autogoogling, self-googling) is the practice of searching for one's own given name, surname, full name, pseudonym, or screen name on a popular search engine, to see what results appear. It has become increasingly popular with the rise of popular search engines such as Google, as well as free blogging and web-hosting services.

网络自搜（egosurfing，也叫vanity searching, egosearching, egogoogling, autogoogling, self-googling）指在知名度较高的搜索引擎中搜索自己的名字、姓氏、全名、笔名或者网名，看会出来什么结果。随着Google等搜索引擎和免费博客以及网络主机服务的普及，网络自搜的现象也越来越多。

Similarly, an egosurfer is one who surfs the Internet for his own name, to see what, if any, articles appear about himself.

以此类推，网络自搜者（egosurfer）就是在网上搜索自己的名字，看会不会有跟自己相关的文章出现的人。
